In 2014, Masa began arranging staff trips to Japan. These trips have afforded both cooks and servers the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the food, drink and culture of Japan. During these excursions, Masa guides staff members to cities and the countryside alike, introducing them to regional specialties. While abroad, many staff have also linked up with Sake Journeys, a small company based out of New York who offer guided tours and an intimate glimpse into the world of sake.
